The concierge was incredible! He gets a 10. The waitstaff and bartenders were about a 6. There was virtually no closet. It was only deep enough for three dresses. It was the strangest closet I’ve ever seen. The location is excellent for getting around though. I would probably stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there during the spring break and staff was super helpful knowing we were visiting London for the first time. Durga at the front desk and Dalim at the concierge services were really awesome. Hotel is clean, has a very good buffet breakfast (charges are nominal)and just a walking distance from Victoria train station. We loved the hospitality.
