Great location, room was clean but had to ask for face cloths as they were not automatically put in the room. Breakfasts were good value and the food was good. We did have one dinner in the restaurant and wished we hadn’t. The server disappeared after taking our order, the kitchen sent out a completely wrong entree and when the server reappeared he proceeded to make ordering dessert a complete nightmare.

The concierge was incredible! He gets a 10. The waitstaff and bartenders were about a 6. There was virtually no closet. It was only deep enough for three dresses. It was the strangest closet I’ve ever seen. The location is excellent for getting around though. I would probably stay there again.

Great location. Only 5 mins walk from Victoria train and underground station so easy to get to. Very convenient for the Apollo Victoria Theatre and easy access to anywhere in London. Rooms are well appointed as you'd expect from a Hilton.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there during the spring break and staff was super helpful knowing we were visiting London for the first time. Durga at the front desk and Dalim at the concierge services were really awesome. Hotel is clean, has a very good buffet breakfast (charges are nominal)and just a walking distance from Victoria train station. We loved the hospitality.
