Rasy to check in and the staff were really helpful
Room was clean and what we needed for one night.
Shower did take a bit of fiddling wirh to get a good temperature but you could move it to a lower position if youre not as tall and move it to hold in hand
Only thing we had an issue with was some of the carpeting was a bit loose on the stairs and made us wwary when going down

Great trip
Really good hotel staff are friendly a great location to have loads of fun
Friendly place made to feel welcome by the staff and all the other guests .
No better place to stay in north London.
Give it a try. Great atmosphere
Thanks Beaconsfield.
Basic room, not much to say. Cheap room and well positioned for Finsbury Park. But no frills.
Others complained about noise, but didn't hear anything to complain about.

Strangle little place. Very clean. No breakfast as advertised. Two bowls in a room of three but nothing to go in them.
For starters the staff was super friendly however, for a family room it was tiny. There was no breakfast, no microwave, and no dvd player as the place advertised. While fine for the price and to just crash for the night if you are using the family room with children this is not the place, there was thumping base until 1AM and there was no sleeping through it. I expected a bit more for a £100 a night large room. Will not be back
Absolutely Horrendous, Nothing Like the Photos
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I want to warn others.
The hotel advertised “breakfast included” but there was nothing available. Not that I would have eaten it anyway, as the whole place was filthy. Thankfully, there was a McDonald’s across the road.
When we arrived, we were shown a printed list of guest names and asked to pick ours out a clear data protection breach. The man at the desk was polite and gave us some information about access after hours, but that’s the only vaguely positive thing I can say.
My first room (Room 10) was appalling. There were unidentified stains on the wooden bed base, cigarette burns and damage on the bedside table, and rubbish in the corners. The fridge placed bizarrely inside the wardrobe was dirty and smelly. The window was tiny, stuck high up, with no way to open it, so the room was airless and dark. The bathroom was no better: smears on the mirror, hair in the shower, and no towels provided. The room looked nothing like the pictures online, which show neat rooms with towel art a complete misrepresentation.
I asked to move rooms and was given Room 16. It was slightly better but still dirty: stained cups, dusty and broken fittings, and a fridge that stank. The bed linen had marks and hairs in it, the curtain was falling off, and the window sills were covered in grime. The bedside lamp had no bulb, and the walls wer
I booked last minute, price was good. It said book in for 13.00pm , arrived and the place was locked up, googled the phone number which brings you to some finance answering machine I had a single room with a shower but there is no kettle, cups or any toiletries as advertised.
Place is very clean but there are a lot of steps to be mindful of.
this hotel is awful.
theyare now trying to take a second payment after i have already paid on arrival
nobody answers the phone, cant find an email address.
what now...
Excellent day as always just absolutely fantastic venue staff and the people that frequent disestablishment are just absolutely welcoming and make you feel really really part of the community for me. It’s the best place to stay.

The property’s location is great because it is right across a shopping plaza. The staff are polite.
