Check-In & First Impressions The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who were not only professional but also genuinely friendly. They made me feel welcome right away, offering me a refreshing drink and ensuring I had all the information I needed about the hotel amenities. Within minutes, I had my room key and directions to my suite, and a bellhop kindly offered to assist with my luggage. was very nice room and comfortable bed. just need to inform customer using the pool that they need a cap and have one cap available free. . if you can train the frontline in English or French it will be high marks. thank you to front desk made my surprise trip to my friend super

One of the best

One of the best in town. Super new and clean, and big shopping mall next door. The only problem is there’s no grocery store nearby at night when you are hungry and want food.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spatious and beautiful. Lots of marble, fittings and taps from german manufacturers. The hotel lobby looks actually more impressive than on the picture shown here. The breakfast - both very good western and chinese food - was a treat. It was a great surprise to find such a nice hotel in not so well-known chinese city. Highly recommended!

洒店不好的地方就是早上十點多鐘還沒睡醒就被酒店清潔阿姨敲門叫醒，還以爲什麼事，原來是問有沒需要清洗的衣服。還每間房都在敲來询问住客，這點非常不好。如果酒店再不改進的話，我是絕對不會再次入住的。
