The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because the phone reception was very bad in Vernazza even with our holafly sim card and Google maps doesn't work well, we spent a stressful hour wandering with our very heavy luggage, ( on a 7 week travel tour so had a bigher suitcase)!trying to find the place. « We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that it was a clean, spacious apartment; there was plenty of room for our party of 5. There were many towels provided, and having access to a washing machine and lines to dry was very helpful. It was pretty far up a steep hill, so getting there with luggage wasn’t ideal, but we were able to walk to the beach (5 min downhill, 10 min up hill) and to old town (15 min). « The check in process was not good, I had to call VRBO for them to communicate with me to give me the process. There is a bar right down below the room and it was loud, one night they closed at 12:30am. Lots of stairs to get to the room. The place is clean, good hot showers and the bed was comfortable, when you can get the sleep. »
