"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, excellent service, large comfortable rooms with wonderful beddings, location superb, breakfast wonderful, front desk amazing, pretty Giada checked us in! We loved our stay we would give you 6 stars and would return in a heartbeat! We had a great time in Genoa and our stay in Bristol Palace was the highlight! Thank you for running a great hotel!"

"Very nice and very good location close to the train and bus stations. Cozy old stile hotel with a very good breakfast. A bonus was the restaurant which was part of the hotel. Valet parking is available at extra cost"
