"Too many stairs no elevator. Not suitable for elder people as bringing luggage will be very challenging "

"This Hotel was very overpriced for starters. $500 Australian a night we should of received five star and a beautiful hotel. Instead we recieved a dirty very old hotel with a Sofa that was that bad it was replaced upon request. All cooking utensils, wine glass ( that's right glass) and pans were in such a condition that they were also replaced upon request. We also found a jar of Marujana in a tea jar that need to be removed by staff. Only plus was the location. "

"The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. "

"Vernazza is a great city and swimming off the rocks and off the breakwater were a favorite afternoon activity. The apartment offered a quiet spot to escape to when Vernazza got busy. We sat up on the deck morning, afternoon, and night. So nice to have that private outdoor space. "We loved our stay here - the place is simple and clean without frills luxury travellers might want but it was perfect for us. We were able to cook in the kitchen, the bed was comfortable, and the windows were new and worked well. Everything was excellent, but the view is the star of the show. The place feels very private. The path to the water is outside the front door and the town was stunning."

"Riomaggiore is a lovely spot and this apartment is a mere 50 stairs up, which in a city of lots of climbing means it is a very convenient location. "If you’re going to Cinque Terra this is the spot- close to train and ferry- great restaurants, beach and trails. This is the best spot! The property owner/host is a wonderful guy who is genuinely interested to accommodating you needs during stay. Do yourself a favor and stop looking and book this if it’s available!"

"Spent a three day weekend here and it was the perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. Right in town so easy walk to restaurants and then I could bring a bottle of wine home with me and sit on the terrace with a view of the ocean and plaza. Luisa was super helpful with directions and recommendations and even allowed me to check out late at n my last day. The apartment is spacious and the bed is comfortable. This place was truly a great find."

"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"This is a lovely little apartment. We particularly enjoyed the location - close to the main square/beach/restaurants etc, but also it felt very 'Italian', it is a very pretty and historic part of town. The apartment itself is fine (it had not been cleaned when we got there, but perhaps we had got our timing confused). There were a few minor wear and tear issues (torn shower curtain etc), but overall it is a very functional and well equipped place - we were particularly grateful for the beach...
