« The place is very nice. Spacious, clean, very centrally located. Pretty good provisions. We were there during the super heat wave. Lots of fans. AC, but it didn’t work well. Hopefully they will fix it. It is indeed right above THE late-night bar in town. Didn’t bother us too much, but it was loud until late every night. We’d give it five stars but it is very corporate. On line check in was a pain. Communication slow. Somehow they got hacked and we received acWhats App from a scammer...

« Amazing location with stunning views of the Vernazza harbor! The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The small bathroom was fine for us but others might need more room. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was furnished with plenty to cook a meal for yourself. We loved watching sunset on the balcony. A gem! »

« The property was very difficult to access because of the numbers of stairs. I would not recommend seniors to this property because of the lack of guard rails on stairways.The best part of the stay was the young man (Filipo) who checked us in. He helped us with our bags and orienting us to the property. He was an angel. »

« Just finished a 38 day European vacation and this was - BY FAR - our worst experience. We cut our 3 day stay to 2 days because of a horrible sewage issue in the building. The property management company was a joke. The AC in the bedroom was so loud it was unusable. The shower was unusable because of the bathroom stench. We had to put a towel over our face in order to use the bathroom. One of the AC remotes didn’t have batteries. The stairs leading to the apartment were unbelievably steep...

« No Hot Water, No Wi-Fi, Very Poor Communication The property was in a great location, close to the beach and the harbor. It was clean, and while it wasn’t quite as impressive as the photos suggested, it was still a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, communication from the host was extremely poor. We ultimately had to contact VRBO to obtain our check-in information because we could not get a timely response. Halfway through our vacation, the host provided a phone number that was not registered...
