"I highly recommend this hotel for the hospitable staff, beautiful setting, quiet yet accessible location and wonderful buffet. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel has a lovely outdoor seating area. The bathroom has a powerful shower and aromatic liquid soaps. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the beds and pillows were uncomfortable for us. Be prepared for extra firm mattresses, and flat pillows, one per person. I would come here again, but honestly didn’t have the greatest sleeps. The a/c worked fine. Overall, this is a lovely hotel. We really appreciated the superior service, extra beach towels and pastries upon arrival."

"The hotel is a short walk up the hill from the quieter end of Monterosso. Near a grocery store. The first walk up felt daunting, but by the second day we were happy to be up away from the crowds.
