"We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor for 1 week. There is another apartment below that was not occupied. The laundry room is downstairs and is shared with the apartment below. The apartment is very bright and clean with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight for us was the large terrasse with a fantastic view of the harbor and the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. Our car was safely parked in a garage which is a big plus....

"This property is just 2 blocks from the train station. We were able to jump in and out of Cinque Terre with ease. If you walked further you were able to enjoy the shops, trattorias and boat basin. "Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"
