It was a most amazing feeling as I looked out over the ocean from my veranda, listening to birds and watching the sunset. The nights rest was peaceful and when I awoke, there was an amazing breakfast prepared with complimentary cappuccino. Its a little bit of a challenge to get to the place, but well worth it when you arrive! You will have to catch a bus up that drops you off about a half mile from the b&b. You could also get a taxi. The view is breathtaking and Bruno the host made sure we had everything we needed and was very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, we appreciated having the AC. Homemade breakfast was simply delicious and so enjoyable to eat in the garden with the amazing view. Loved also the big friendly cat! We came by car and were happy to find parking available. It is not manned around the clock, but check in was okay after a phonecall to the proprietor. Loved having the dogs around and especially the huge cat. Nice breakfast, but you must plan ahead for dinner in one of the towns or bring food back to the hotel, as we did for 2 nights. The view was exceptional, beyond description! Our room opened up to a veranda overlooking the Mediterranean with views of Vernazza and Monterosso. The accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and the presentation was a 10! I can’t wait to return. There’s nothing at walking distance but the view is breathtaking. The service was amazing and the responsiveness excellent. If you’re looking for a very quiet place to relax, this small hotel is perfect.
