This flat is ideally located, with everything within walking distance: beaches, Lac de Tanchet, local shops including a supermarket, bakery, butcher and chemist.



You'll enjoy a bright living room opening onto a balcony with a magnificent view over the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, equipped with a sofa bed (160cm), a coffee table, armchairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. TV and WiFi.

A semi-open, functional, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, citrus juicer, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker (filters), etc.

On the night side, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The hallway leads to separate WCs and a bathroom with bath, washbasin with vanity unit, towel rail, washing machine and hairdryer.



The south-west-facing balcony has garden furniture, ideal for enjoying breakfast overlooking the sea.



Street parking is free and unrestricted.

L'accueil à été très sympathique, le logement est idéalement situé du côté de la la plage la tanchette et pour marcher vous êtes de côté de la partie sauvage on.se sent très bien.dans cette appartement avec la vue sur la mer qui change tous les jours c'est un bonheur
