Every point of contact I had at 33 Main was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It’s evident Donna and her team run the inn with love. It’s clean and gorgeously furnished on the inside. You’ll recognize it from the outside, because it’s the most charmingly decorated on the block. I stayed in the Cliffwood room, which was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler (in other words, although smaller than the other rooms, it did not feel too small). The room and private bathroom were clean and beautifully designed. I loved the towels and heated towel rack—divine! Breakfast was delicious every morning and catered to dietary preferences—no meat for me. They start you off with a sideboard buffet offering yogurt, fruit, granola, and pastries that change daily, followed by a featured entree. 33 Main has a dedicated parking lot in the back for easy and convenient off-street parking. We enjoyed our stay so much. Sandra and Donna were wonderful. Our breakfast both days was delicious and just perfect amount. We stayed on the first floor near the kitchen, so it was a bit noisy but we knew that coming in which was fine. We appreciate the larger room and renovate bathroom. The daily cocktail hour was nice. We felt like we had the living area to ourselves. It’s very close to walk anywhere in Lenox. The big bonus: an EV Charger, it should be on your website! Although a few times we couldn’t charge because other cars took the spot. If it can be marked EV it’d help so much! We have the hybrid so it’s ok.
