There was a constant smoky smell throughout the hotel, and the carpet appeared to be damaged and temporarily fixed with tape. Overall, not a pleasant experience.”"

"The vouchers advertised for booking were not given at check in. When needed, wait staff in the restaurant could not process before I went to the checkin desk to get the voucher and come back (about 20 steps away). Seems like the hotel staff could have done this? In the room, the fan on the heating unit was very noisy and had to be shut off for the evening, there was no dining/amenities book, and there was no hair dryer. I accidentally forgot toothpaste and when I called to ask if there was any available, I was told I would need to buy a $5 dental kit to get it. When I delivered feedback to the hotel staff, I was told all of the reasons I was wrong to have complained. With so much competition in the area, this is certainly not where I will stay again."

"Hotel was clean, staff were helpful, beds comfy (on the soft side). We chose this hotel based on our excellent experience last year with the soundproofed rooms. This year we must have been on a non soundproof floor (7) because the first night there was a child screaming for over an hour and then again in the middle of the night. Second night we had kids knocking and running away. Not the hotels fault but disappointed with rhe soundproofing. We'd likely stay again but request a soundproof room."
