Room was clean, the staff that spoke to had been polite and helpful. I was given a assessable room which wasn't what I booked but a beds a bed. I was on the first floor with my window facing the alley next to the 02 Academy, stayed 2 nights, 1st night was fine but the 2nd night the local homeless had made a camp in the alley and about 1:30am they it sounded like they was having a party followed by a fight. Not the hotels fault but something to keep eye out for.

The staff were excellent and the hotel is well located. No food is available but the Cumberland next door does breakfast and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Room is clean and tidy and the windows open. Air con is okay but wouldn't go below 19c and the room became quite stuffy. Very comfortable bed.
