"This was the perfect house for our annual family ski trip! We ski at Cooper so the location was unbeatable, and the house itself was everything we could have asked for and more. We loved the solitude in the mountains, the views, the game room, the hot tub, and the fully stocked kitchen since we bring all of our own food rather than eating out. "Spent the weekend at Matchless Mountain with friends for a bike race. Location is quiet and peaceful. Nice, big cabin with great hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked. The kids were also happy and entertained with the toys/books. Owner is responsive and kind. Look forward to coming back in 2024!"

"Leadville is a gem and this house fits right in. It’s historic and charming and the hosts have thought of every detail. There is only one bathroom- which was fine for our family of 4, but could be something to juggle if you max out the capacity with 10 people. You can walk down to shops and restaurants or hunker down after skiing and cook dinner. We can’t wait to go back. We will surely stay again!"

A great selection of cooking dishes/utensils, washer/dryer in-unit is FANTASTIC, and the electric fireplace is always a winner for added ambience!"
