The beds were comfortable and my teen was thrilled to find a pull out couch, which meant not having to share a room with his younger brother! "The house is bigger than it looks and was very comfortable for our group of 10 adults. Nice spaces to hang out like the big dining room and back family room. The private dock was the highlight. So nice hanging on the lake and the water around is fairly shallow making it very easy just chill in floaties or stand hanging out."
