Great breakfast, better that one expect of a typical Hyatt Places. Parking is not in the hotel premises, but in a private lot, for a hefty fee. So a bit misleading when they announce parking. Otherwise a very fine property, convenient access to state and interstate highway 87.

The Hyatt Place in downtown Albany was our pit stop on the way to Tanglewood. Don’t stay in the expensive Berkshires- stay here! 30- 40 minutes to Lenox Ma. Great room, better than average breakfast, coffee in room, and a most incredible staff member this morning that greeted us warmly and walked us to breakfast. A Navy Vet that served our country in not so safe areas of the world- he’s the best of Hyatt anywhere. You have to pay to park but inexpensive options compared to major cities. Downtown Albany needs some love - but the Hyatt Place downtown is a gem close to the convention center. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the warmest staff member you should be so lucky to meet.
