One minor quibble: the USB charger sockets in Room 416 weren’t functional, and one was even loose. It’s a beautiful property you have, but minor things like loose and nonfunctioning USBs make a late night arrival feel a little inconvenienced.

We drove in from Utah to fly out of Las Vegas the next day. Check in was easy just before 3:00 time. We’d paid for extended parking for our car while out of town. We asked for the free shuttle the next morning at 5:00 am to airport. We gave our room number and saw the young woman write it on the list. Staff was great at the desk! Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We received a text asking how the room was; which was nice as well. The next morning, we came to desk and the morning staff member rather rudely told us we were not on the list for shuttle. Thankfully, there was space for us. She could have been kinder, and she also could have said for us not to worry as the driver would be right back. No smile. No, I’m sorry for what happened. (I’m not one to complain- and I hope it was just a bad morning kind of thing). Shuttle driver was great! And, pick up after trip was great as well. We would stay again.

Hampton is consistently great as far as safety, quietness, breakfast, pool, and round the clock coffee and tea. Most ive stayed at had friendly staff. Las Vegas staff was helpful but not warm and friendly. I didn't care but it might put some people off.
