As a family we love staying at the hotel. It's good location for us, right in the centre for everything. Walking distance to places. Hotel staffs were helpful. Breakfast buffet was variety and we loved there fresh fruits. There were a swimming pool and spa and a fitness. Everything for everyone.

This hotel was just OK. What I did like about this hotel was the location and upon arrival the front desk helped us book an excursion to Doi Suthep Temple. However, there were a lot of things wrong with our stay. Starting with the room, the remote did not work for the TV, the phone was low on battery and never worked, and when we finally did get the TV working, there were no English channels to watch. Also, the pool was filthy. I’m so glad I did not swim in it. Finally one of the waiters who worked the bar was very unhelpful at breakfast time when we asked for more coffee and milk. He seemed annoyed and he never came back.
