"Beautiful cabin peacefully isolated in the Virginia Piedmont region with easy access to Charlottesville and quaint little Scottsville. Cabin was equipped with everything one would need or want for an enjoyable stay. And plenty of outdoor space for our dog to run and for us to hike. We will definitely return here."

"Great place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Cabin was very clean and had great bathrooms. Host greeted us and showed us the property at the beginning of our stay and was available on site our entire stay. Will definitely try to book it again if ever in thearea again."

"Stayed two nights while attending weddings in the area. A very unique and enjoyable stay. The trail down to the treehouse results in a quiet and secluded space - surrounded by forest and the sounds of birds. As mentioned in the listing, the path from the parking to the treehouse is a somewhat steep wooded trail, and there is a ladder up to the loft bedroom - so this would not be great for those with mobility issues. But for us, these things enhanced our stay, and we would definitely return. ...

"The home was perfect. Beautiful setting, clean, attentive hosts - with easy access to Mt. Ida Vineyard. We could walk to the Tasting Room to enjoy wine and delicious food. We even hosted a cocktail party at the vineyard for friends -- and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. A wonderful stay. "
