Lake Charles Vacation Packages

Typical motel stay experience for the low budget travelers. Surprisingly, the restroom was clean but didn’t expect all the walls near the shower to be peeling off.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room

The rooms were very clean. The only problem we had was the ice machine was not working. There’s no microwave in the room nor down the hall in the maintenance area with the ice machine and soda machine. The bathroom door was squeaking and when you flushed the toilet, everybody knew.

This hotel was one of the dirtiest Properties I have stayed in. The first room I was given was not ready and the door was open and bed was unmade and bathroom unclean. I was given another room and the air conditioning was not working properly and would make a loud roaring noise every 15 minutes or so. I was told they would repair my the A/C the next morning but upon returning to hotel around 3:00pm the air conditioner was still doing the same thing. Was told they would repair it and after returning around 7:00 pm there was no change. They had assigned me to another room. I had to move myself with no assistance from Hotel staff. The Hotel hallways on both the second and third floors were very dirty and patches of dog hair was on carpet. The floor had stains and looked terrible. I would never stay at this Property again and I would not recommend guest to pay these rates for the conditions of the rooms.

No comment. Same price as newer property
