« The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). « Le processus d’accueil n’est pas complet tant que l’on n’a pas acquitté la taxe de séjour, ce dont on est prévenu que le jour même d’arrivée. Le montant n’est pas élevé et importe peu, mais cela ne donne pas la priorité à l’accueil client, de sorte que nous n’avons reçu la procédure de récupération des clefs qu’une fois sur place et par téléphone (gros stress). Un très mauvais pour pour “Angelica”. Pour le reste, l’hébergement est très bien à tout points de vue. »

« We have been visiting Menaggio on a pretty regular basis since 1992 and have never had a bad experience. The Mira Al Lago was no exception. The place is marvelous. It is quiet, pleasant, clean, and offers a wonderful and relaxing view of Lago di Como from the house or from the perfectly placed patio. It was the perfect place for us to relax at the end of a long adventure of visiting friends and family in Spain and Italy. Grazie mille a tutti quelli di Lake Como Holiday per il vostro aiuto. »

« Love the apartment, but we struggled with some of the amenities and communication. The furniture was soiled and the apartment felt a bit run down. We also struggled with communication and we were constantly told contact another person on staff and could not get clear answers to questions and issues. The owner seems to depend on the location to rent the apartment but the details also matter. »
