Par compte l’isolation phonique est déficiente. Attention, aucun contact humain réel que des contacts numériques avec un manque d’information notamment sur l’emplacement de la chambre. Le code reçu pour ouvrir les portes très bien mais vous devez chercher votre chambre car les chambres ne sont ni numérotées ni ne portent de nom ! Points faibles : Service et personnel A really mixed experience - some great things to recommend this place and some quite poor things you should know about. Like some other guests before us it seems, we also did not receive a PIN code before we got there and so had no way to get in to the building let alone our room. Didn't even know we needed a code except other guests told us after we arrived. Took quite a while to get a response from the owners/managers, and I had to turn on roaming to do it as they didn't respond to Whatsapp via the eSIM we were using. So that was all costly and stressful but after about an hour it was sorted out, thankfully. Not a great start tho, and it seems we're not the first this has happened to. OK, the good stuff... Great location - quiet but very close to a great part of town and train stations (my wife saw a geisha on the street outside). Big room, clean and well set-up and loved the balcony (tho having a balcony means you have to lug bags up all 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift). The mixed stuff - there's great attention to detail in some ways like the slippers, the Dyson hairdryer and care packs, but poor in other ways like no way to organise room cleaning, no bedside lights, nowhere to hang your towel in the shower area. And some suggestions... reception is only sporadically manned but they are not friendly, welcoming or helpful - a smile would be nice? Enquanto dormiamos ele fez um barulho tentando abrir um pacote de pão, o que nos fez acordar. O hotel não possui uma recepção 24h, então a única saída foi mandar um e-mail, que só foi respondido na manhã seguinte. The area the hotel was located in was very convenient. Points faibles : Service et personnel #### Servizio molto deludente, location e struttura top L’esperienza è iniziata in maniera molto negativa con l’arrivo alla struttura senza trovare nessuno ad accoglierci in reception. Dopo svariati tentativi di contattare il personale (nessuna risposta al telefono per circa mezz’ora, nonostante l’orario d’arrivo fosse stato comunicato), riceviamo risposta da un dipendente che ride a crepa pelle al telefono per la situazione, ammettendo di aver dimenticato di mandare le info necessarie per il self check-in. Inoltre, avevamo chiesto se potessimo usufruire del servizio di spedizione dei bagagli visto che arrivavamo da Osaka e l’hotel ha confermato che era possibile e che avrebbero ricevuto i bagagli senza problema. Ovviamente tutto ciò non è avvenuto e siamo riusciti a recuperare i bagagli solo grazie all’airtag presente in uno dei bagagli, che ha significato uno spostamento di 40 mins che ha evitato che i bagagli venissero rispediti indietro ad Osaka. Ciliegina sulla torta, siamo stati attaccati da una signora del luogo infastidita dalla presenza di turisti che ha cercato più volte di impedirci di entrare nella struttura. A parte questa avventura iniziale, la stanza era molto carina, spaziosa e pulita. Inoltre la location è perfetta per raggiungere facilmente e a piedi il centro di Gion. Cuesta mucho subir y bajar las escaleras con las maletas porque es muy estrecho el espacio.
