It is tucked away from the tourist buzz but just next to the river, the Arashiyama park, the Tenryu-ji temple, the bamboo grove and the monkey park. You can also walk cross the Togetsukyō bridge to the other side for the Monkey park, etc. The hotel room is very spacious, also offer hot spring pools for both female and male. The taxi ride from train station is not bad either. With all the items we loved as tourists, we would definitely recommend it to our friends.
