This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. The property is beautiful, spotless, and extremely family-friendly. I highly recommend it and will definitely be booking again on my next visit.
The hotel is very spacious. The first night, I unfortunately had a dirty bed with multiple hairs and stain on the bedsheet, even with the top sheet off. I took off everything, bedsheet and pillowcases. There was nothing the front desk could do since there were no other rooms and cleaning staff was gone for the day. I asked for clean sheets to sleep on and I was given that. I literally put the new sheet on half the bed and sleep on that. Kind of disappointing since I paid to sleep there. The next day, new sheets were put on the bed. Overall everything is great but it’s just unfortunate about the dirty bed the first night. One star off for that
