Had an amazing stay at Kohea Kai! This hotel is literally foot steps away from the beach and pretty central to everything you may want to do in Maui. Also 15 minutes away from the airport which was a bonus. The rooms were very clean, hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. We don't have a single thing to complain about. 5/5*

L’appartement était propre, il avait beaucoup de choses à disposition (sel, poivre, huile d’olive, petit sac à sandwich, chaises pour la plage, glacière, savon pour le lavage, serviette et plus encore). Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, une bonne crémerie et petit café à distance à pied. Je reviendrai et je le suggère fortement

We decided to stay at the Nona Lani cottages to get away from a big hotel experience and it did not dissapoint. It's an authentic beachfront Hawaiian experience. We loved the ability to cook our own meals, particularly with the time change. I'm not sure you can get a coffee at 3am at one of the larger hotel chains. The cottages are super cute and the hosts are fantastic and are a wealth of information. They provided us with beach chairs and gave us information that only locals can provide....

This was our first stay at the Courtyard Maui Kahului Airport. We flew into Kahului late in the evening, and were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in quickly. We only stayed one night, as we were flying out of the Kahului airport the next day to another island. For this, the location was perfect. Our room was very clean, and had everything we needed (WiFi, coffee, hair dryer, closet, plenty of pillows). The shower was very spacious, had a glass enclosure with a door that did not leak...

Pros: Wonderful location, great beaches, walking distance to shopping mall and grocery, great restaurants, free shuttle (2 mile radius), rétro & vintage game room. Lots of whales. Cons: service and courtesy could be better, most staff would benefit from a customer service refresher or workshop. The water activity center is way sub-par to the rest of the amenities. They expect you to carry your surf board and kayak through a narrow walkway, 500 meters to shore. They gave my 12 year old son a...

Great affordable hotel. Not on the beach but there is a shuttle service provided. Large rooms with full kitchen which saved us from eating out. Breakfast included had lots of options. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is very central (within walking distance to local restaurants, pubs, bars, gas station, grocery store). Beach right across the street from hotel! Not really necessary to rent a car when staying at Maui Banyan. Staff are amazing!
