« une tache pégueuse sur la table de chevet n'a jamais été enlevée de notre séjour, Des amis avaient une chambre dans un autre étage ils avaient une Nespresso, nous non. des travaux de façade ont été effectués avec un échafaudage devant notre fenêtre avec des ouvriers qui passaient devant. enfin les ouvriers ont collé un film plastique sur la fenêtre se qui fait que nous n'avons pu ouvrir la fenêtre que le premier jour. Nous ont ils fait payer le fait que nous sommes passés par hotels.com au lieu...

"Service inexistant, room service fermé le lundi donc commande uber eats pour dîner. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, il faut aller la chercher soit même au lobby. Petit déjeuner lambda. La chaise de la chambre avec un faux cuir qui s’écaille. Pas de crème hydratante pour le corps dans la salle de bain. Mauvaise insonorisation du couloir. Je ne reviendrais pas."

"une tache pégueuse sur la table de chevet n'a jamais été enlevée de notre séjour, Des amis avaient une chambre dans un autre étage ils avaient une Nespresso, nous non. des travaux de façade ont été effectués avec un échafaudage devant notre fenêtre avec des ouvriers qui passaient devant. enfin les ouvriers ont collé un film plastique sur la fenêtre se qui fait que nous n'avons pu ouvrir la fenêtre que le premier jour. Nous ont ils fait payer le fait que nous sommes passés par hotels.com au lieu du direct comme nos amis?"
