Room had everything we needed and was very clean. Reception staff were nice and helpful for any requests/info we had. "Not the place to go if you’re after sleep: the mattress is solid and the pillows super thin (found out as we left they have a pillow menu and you can ask for a nicer one, unsure why they don’t just put out nice ones anyway??) The room had no hair dryer and when I asked the night guard for one he said they didn’t have one so I had to sleep with wet hair. We booked a room for 2 with breakfast included, but whilst eating were told our booking only permitted breakfast for 1 person and we needed to pay an additional €18 a day for the extra person - unsure if this was an error on my part or a scam, but for some stale bread and warm yoghurt we didn’t eat breakfast there again. Otherwise great central location near 3 u-bahn options and the cleaner was a lovely friendly chap. "
