Excellent for a couples getaway. Incredible place to stay. Very convenient to downtown Kingston. Property was beautiful. Rooms were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B- everything was above and beyond what we expected. The staff ere exceptionally helpful and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. They even stored our e-bikes for us during our stay which was a huge help and much appreciated. The breakfast and service was excellent. I highly reccommend this unique and charming B&B.

I enjoyed staying in this historic inn. I admire the stained glass windows, high ceilings , chandeliers and intricate millwork. The garden is so fresh, vibrant and fragrant. The babbling water feature leading to the koi pond was relaxing. The staff gave attentive service starting with emails answering my questions. The breakfasts were lovely and afternoon tea was a pleasure. The location was easily walkable to the waterfront and downtown shops. I highly recommend this property.

The room we were at was beautifully decorated Victorian style. Breakfast was great and served individually to guests with smiling, caring attitude. The only thing is becuz it’s a very old building, there is no elevator and no ground floor rooms. So you need to be able to walk up the stairs. The description access to beach and gym does not mean they have it in the property. It means walkable 7-10 minutes. I can recommend this property.
