« Aly was super communicative throughout the visit. We had no problem checking in and she still reached out just to make sure we had gotten in ok. « The property was great. Clean and everything we could possibly need was there. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, utensils and cookware. Refrigerator worked great as well as the icemaker. I cannot think of one thing that would have been needed that wasn’t there. Of course you may want to bring extra paper towels (only one was provided) and trash bags (no extra provided). A small starter pack of dish detergent and dishwasher tabs were provided along with a sponge and 2 dish towels....

« The townhouse was very nice with a few exceptions listed below. Shower handle needs tightened, mold in the laundry room ceiling, fourth step on the second floor has a screw head sticking up if you step on it with all your weight, and lastly the matress is appalling you didn’t skimp on any other detail in the townhouse please invest in the thing people will spend the most of there vacation in!!! »

« From the moment we arrived, we knew Break Time was the perfect place for our family. The owners were very helpful with any and all questions. The home is equipped with everything you need to have the best vacation! We enjoyed every part of the property including the pool area! Our littles begged to visit the pool everyday. It was so nice to have a backup for when the waves were too rough. We would highly recommend this property to anyone! »

« This place looks pretty good but is wayyy smaller than pics suggest. 2 min walk to beach is true but they left out 5 sets of stairs so beach cart is useless Deck looks over busy loud street. It’s not private or quiet. It was for the most part clean but there was mold on the shower curtain and in the pool and a cockroach. »
