BEDROOM 2 - Located on the lower level, Queen Size Bed with Private Balcony, full en-suite (tile/tub shower combo, 40" SmartTV, USB / USB-C Charging Stations on the night stands. HALLWAY CLOSET - Located on lower level includes full-sized washer and dryer LIVING ROOM - Located on Main Level, 65" SmartTV, board games, Queen sized pull out sofa and Private Balcony with Captains Chairs and Table, Dedicated Desk with docking station and monitor KITCHEN: Located on Main Level, fully stocked kitchen with all new wares, pots and pans, blender, wine glasses, pizza cutters, cutting boards, and much more. K Cup coffee maker, french press and Drip Coffee Maker is available for our coffee lovers. Another Full Bathroom is located in on the Main Level with a full tiled shower. Beach Locker with chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach toys, boogie board and skim board. Guests have access to the entire home except for one locked space for owner storage and supplies. An entry code for the digital keypad for the home will be generated specifically for you and sent to you before check in. All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, and Dish Soap are available in each bathroom and kitchen. A washer and dryer are available in the home for your use. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, and the basics (filtered water, some condiments, some spices, etc.) - just add your favorite groceries. She was very accommodating. We had a wonderful Christmas creating lasting memories at the Salty Shenanigans! The weather was windy but it did not stop us from going to the beach daily! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub after coming back from the cool windy beach! Any time at the beach whether it is windy and cool or hot and sunny is better than any winter day in Ohio! ##### tricia g. The condo was stocked with all the essentials we needed such as towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, coffees, spices, etc. The King master bed was a comfortable Tempurpedic type matress -perfect for us aging adults. Note that while the condo building is oceanfront the condo itself is on the side, so ocean views are only from the living room balcony looking down the side of the building and around some trees. Still great to listen to the waves, but dont expect to wake up and see the ocean from your room, living room, etc. Also, note that the outdoor pool and hot tub is closed during the off season and indoor pool was under maintenance during our stay (not a problem for us- but may want to check if important for your stay). Katy was an amazing host who checked in frequently for anything we needed and was great to work with. We would absolutely return to Salty Shenanigans and stay again and highly recommend for others. ##### Nikole F. Great communication from the owners to ensure we had the best stay possible. Easy check-in process. The condo was very clean and well stocked for all our basic needs while in town. A huge perk was the ability to bring our Shih Tzu along for the trip and not have to board him at the dog kennel. The location and under building parking was great. It was cold during our stay so we didn't get to take advantage of all of the property amenities/pools on this trip. We will look forward to returning in the future.
