When we got there late in the day we wanted to rest but found that there was no internet and no tv. The confirmation said that the network name and password were "in the unit" but they were nowhere to be found. I tried to contact someone to get it - but we were given no phone number for the property manager and no way to communicate with anyone. I sent an email through the VRBO / Vacasa website but never heard from them at all. I started to see if I could figure anything out, found the cable model unplugged behind the couch. I was able to plug it in and from then on we were able to watch tv. We sat on a recording hold for an hour a couple of times and finally gave up actually finding a person to talk to. I know times are different now - but no possible method of communication is not acceptable. I will never again rent without talking to a person at the property mgmt company before renting. ##### Bill W. Beds were comfortable. Listing is correct (2 Queens, 3 twins, sleeper sofa), there is not a King bed. Our group enjoyed the privacy of the bedrooms, but for anyone who is older or has orthopedic conditions, there are a lot of stairs to climb. Bring your own blankets. Sheets and down comforters were supplied, with electric baseboard heat, we needed something in between. Our group really enjoyed this trip and stay. Snow plow kept roads and driveway clear for us! Great location and loved biking and fishing close by. Rented a pontoon at Dillon Reservoir. The neighbor mentioned it being a new rental. My only recommendation would be to check all shower heads. The downstairs was broken completely and the other two needed some maintenance. The listing says two queens and two twins. It was three twins in the room, not a queen, which made it harder for our four kids.
