There was ample parking, the room was clean, and staff was nice. There is an onsite restaurant, Petals, which is fine for meals, but it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast included with our room.

I understand that it was a busy weekend in the Rochester area due to graduations, so the high prices were expected. Still paying a high rate when the pool was out of service was disappointing. I had one member of our party that just wanted to swim on their birthday and that didn't happen. From other reviews it appears the pool has been out of service for months. It needs to be removed as an amenity - it is no longer one!

"Room was not fully clean , other guests garbage was left in the garbage bins , hairs on bedding , a lot of dust. Breakfast was horrible, 1 type of begal ( raisin) breakfast was suppose to be until 9am they ran out of a lot of items at 8am and never bothered to restock even after I asked for some ..."
