« Could be great. Nice cabin but very limited with supplies if staying longer than a couple days. Couch in living room needs replacing. Limited seating if there are multiple people in your group. Outside was not maintained, grass was not cut and high which made it tough with the dog. A few corrections and this place would be amazing. I would stay again for my visit to Lake Placid and surrounding area. »

« Séjour très agréable, le chalet est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien en cuisine pour les français qui aiment faire la cuisine. Un peu éloigné des magasins pour se ravitailler (supermarché à Lake Placid). La propriétaire met à notre disposition des documents sur la région, les randonnées, ce qui est très appréciable. En résumé très bon séjour. »

« We came for the April 8 eclipse but decided to stay a little longer. The property is very conveniently located but secluded and quiet. We enjoyed the many trails on the property with the various features. The property is just outside the town of Keene and close to the nearby destininations around Lake Placid. The house is very nice with great accomodations for us. We would love to try this in the summer and enjoy more outside activities. The owner was most accomodating and kept us up to date...

« We had a last minute change in our original plans, so I decided to just take a look on VRBO and see what was available. I am so glad that I did. This house was exactly what we were looking for! First, the location is cool and off the beaten path, but no so much so that it takes you forever to get to as you come and go during your visit. « Great location! The hikers in our group appreciated the proximity to public and private trails, and the non-hikers enjoyed their ADK experience from the deck. The hosts hit the sweet spot of the right amount of supplies and furnishings so that we had everything we needed but still had room to unpack. Communication was great, and check-in/out was easy. »
