For a large hotel, having only 2 small elevators is a bit questionable. For my stay, only one of the elevators worked and it was very slow and small. Often, there was a long line of guests waiting to go up or down. Further, there were 3 stairways and the only one that went from the main floor to the room floors was tucked away in the back of a meeting room. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel catering to guests at large meetings in the convention center. Don't believe I will stay there again."
