Bartender was great. The night time front desk woman and the morning front desk people were fantastic and soooo helpful! Super clean and my bed and pillows were AWESOME!
Everyone was great. I do like the remodel from the old hotel. I do feel that with the price i paid for a room it would come with a refrigerator. Had to call down stairs and have one brought up. Overall, was super comfortable and perfect location to all downtown amenities.
Great location for anyone attending a concert at the convention center—just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made the stay very convenient. Perfect choice if you want easy access without worrying about parking or long commutes
Stayed there twice, and both times have been great. Clean rooms, peacful atmosphere, and friendly staff. The views are a just of the city, but other that that its great. Its also an affordable option on top of being so nice. Definitely will be staying there again if I find myself revisiting Fort Smith.

The area the hotel was in was not the nicest, not the hotels fault but it was kind of industrial and dingy in and around the hotel location. Front desk person was very nice and pleasant at check, offered suggestions for dining options in area. Hotel seemed a little worn and dated. Comfortable bed and quiet at night.
