"Evening crew at check-in was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, and my kids enjoyed the pool. Our room (on the 5th floor) leaked in the rain, creating a puddle in the floor. We paid extra to stay in the hotel attached to the convention center compared to the hotel next door, because of expected storms. Another event in the convention center closed the internal entrance from the hotel, forcing us outside through the rain with no awning and no signage directing the way as we ran more...

"This was a last minute reservation while traveling. We were very surprised at the size & type of room for the price paid. The room had a full size refrigerator with a two burner cooktop stove & a dishwasher. It also had a desk & chair & a lounge chair. It was like a mini apartment! There’s a very nice patio area by the pool. Check in was extremely easy. There are eating places within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when making this same trip."
