The condo has a great location, across the street from Ross, Safeway and the best shaved ice in town. It's also near the only Tiki Bar we could find a cute brewery. The beach supplies were super handy, we had everything we need for our party of 4\. The beach by the condo is not very swimmable, but great to go see the sunrise in the morning.
