« Beautiful little home in a quiet neighborhood. It was great for our family of five. The teens loves the hammocks, hot tub and smart tvs. There was tons of games for the family to enjoy and all the necessary cooking supplies. « This was a comfortable place to stop on our way through town. It didn’t seem close to any downtown area, but that was fine for our purposes. The fenced yard was very convenient for our dogs and the home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks! »

On top of that, the property owner was helpful to share resources of the town and sights to see. « Nice, quiet neighborhood. House was clean and nice. Mostly used it just for sleeping and showering. One disappointment was that listing showed a washer and dryer included, but there was none to be found for our access. We were counting on it as we were in the middle of a week-long trip. Didn't contact owner as we didn't want to bother him late. Otherwise, all was good. »

« The VRBO description and photos are very accurate, and the location is even better. We stayed one week at Travis' house so that we could enjoy a good number of hikes in the desert (which is wonderful in April). The drive to the west entrance is only 12-15 minutes, and so we could start early, avoid crowds, and return each afternoon to enjoy the hot tub, exceptional rooms and landscaped yards and to cook our meals in the well-furnished kitchen and to watch the stars each evening. « It was wonderful to escape the rush of daily life in this peaceful, quiet, and lovely VRBO. All you could see were the mountains in the distance and all you could hear were the sound of birds. Our batteries were recharged. Kathryn and Jon were lovely hosts and answered all our questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Joshua Tree next. »
