Jonestown Vacation Packages

Mold and mildew in the bathroom and rust on the door frame so the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. When we first arrived I look behind the nightstand for a plug and found trash, floor was dirty and laminate was pulling apart, no coffee or tea as stated in description and front desk staff was not very friendly. Lastly, we had to go to the front desk to have key reset because it wouldn’t work after sightseeing.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The property is clearly older, which is apparent, yet the staff make a sincere effort to maintain cleanliness. A smart TV or USB outlets would be welcome additions. Our sole issue involved soap and shampoo that felt oily even after rinsing.

Great wonderful place

They were in the middle of renovating, we were not informed. I booked a studio suite. I asked the front desk about amenities that were supposed to be in our room like a table with chairs, a 2nd sink in the room, ice bucket, hangers, bigger fridge, etc. they told me the rooms aren't allowed to have any of that even though, it is what is pictured for the room. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told I couldn't because I booked through a 3rd party.(Expedia). It was so loud and noisy between hearing the cats on the highway, the construction, and the neighbors that were partying all night. Very disappointed.
