"Brian and Jeff are exceptional hosts who take time to interact with their guests. This is a B&B that we will return to and highly recommend. The porch and garden areas are wonderful to sit, relax and have conversations. Our breakfast was very good with good conversation around the dinning room table. Our room was spotless and had a very comfortable king bed. A MUST visit!!!!"

Appreciated wait staff guarded alone and quiet time for me to eat alone. Enjoyed the flowers around the property and walking each evening saying hello to the horses and barn cats. "While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step...

"Our third stay in 'our Palmyra house'. Always the same....a welcoming hostess, exceptionally clean, a well-stocked kitchen. The addition of a washer/dryer is a plus as we stay for an extended time. Already planned our October getaway!"

"The backyard was amazing. For it being relatively close to other houses it felt very private. The house was clean. Everything we needed was there. The hosts were great. We forgot a suitcase behind and they were very helpful in getting it back for us."
