"Friendly and attentive staff, very professional and accommodating. Clean, comfortable rooms, with memory foam mattress and pillows. The pool and courtyard were a great way to beat the summer heat, and the included rooftop breakfast was also amazing!"
"A great B&B property with spacious rooms and a modern bathroom with all amenities.
5 minute walk from Palermo Centrale Train Station and lots if history just a short walk away.
The hostess was most welcoming and happy to help with any request."
"We had a fantastic stay at Ballarattik.
We enjoyed the property (clean and pretty), the delicious breakfast on the terrace (with a breathtaking view onto the city) and the top level service and hospitality. Our host Rosario made our stay in Palermo very enjoyable, with prompt communication and sharing greats tips and stories about the city.
I will happily be back next time I am in Palermo."

"This property is amazing. It is clean, wonderfully located and our hosts were great. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to everyone! Breakfast and Cappuccino in the morning was always a bonus. You would not regret staying here. "
"I had a great stay at Albergo Cavour. The hotel looked exactly like the photos—while it’s not the most modern place, it’s very clean and has that Italian vibe that adds to the experience. It’s within walking distance to the main city centre and most tourist spots, which made exploring really convenient. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were super easy. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something authentic and well-located!"

"We are a family of four. Our 7 year old twins enjoyed this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were always ready to help with anything from breakfast, taxi rides, etc. the location is close to everything. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you. Locals are friendly. We felt safe walking around at night. The center is about 10-15 minute walk. You’ll get used to locate the main streets once you figure out where the main attractions are. Used google maps daily. "
"We had two nights here to complete our Sicily holiday. The hotel is expensive but it is summer. The room was spacious but the shower needs a good scrub. The pool was perfect for the hot days but railings and posts need some direct maintenance which is a feature of Sicily but should not be at this price. Location is good as it is not far to walk to the busy old town. Restaurant was very enjoyable. "
"My fiancée and I stayed for 3 nights at the B&B. It is in a convenient location. We were delighted with the breakfast and snacks available. The bed is comfortable and the room air conditioned. The staff was polite and helpful."
