"Hotel was in a lovely location overlooking beach. We were kindly given a nice sea view room with a balcony which we had requested. Only fault was there was only one chair on balcony which wasnt ideal for 2 people. Room/bathroom was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. We got airport transfer which was quick and reliable. Found staff to be very helpful and polite. Nice hotel which I would highly recommend..."

The room was spacious, with double doors overlooking an authentic narrow old Palermo street, filled with the life of locals living nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for a couple of over 60s was the climb up three flights of stairs - a real gym workout to counter all the pasta and pizzas. "

"Villa Igeia is an absolutely magical place to escape the hustling downtown of Palermo. We stayed for two nights and I wish we had more time. The staff and service was impeccable, dinner at restaurant Florio is worthy of a Michelin star. The concierge team, especially Irene went above and beyond to assist us with planning prior to arrival.
