Very nice hotel and very good staff with smile on there face

A wonderful location. The breakfast dining room is beautiful and a nice selection of foods. The bed is a little hard but sufficient. Because it is a block or two from the sites, it is relatively quiet.

My personal experience is that this a safe and quiet hotel. It is clean and the staff are friendly. On the downside,the advertised Laundry service is of little use. On the sheet it suggests next day return of clothes or even the same day if you hand other your clothes before 09:00 and pay extra. However, I took my laundry down on Thursday and was told it wouldn't be returned until Monday (and I was leaving bon Sunday). I did find a nearby launderette though. Also the hairdryer started to catch fire when my partner tried to use it. They replaced it quickly but did not take the old one away! This is just my experience others rate the hotel higher than me so maybe I was unlucky.

Outstanding Staff: Polite, helpful, and always available. Excellent service from check-in to departure. Fantastic Breakfast: Delicious and varied each day. A great way to start the morning. Impressive Housekeeping: Prompt and courteous cleaning staff. Room was consistently clean and well-maintained. Comfortable Room & Hotel Atmosphere: Room setup was ideal – functional and comfortable. The entire hotel was clean, well-designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Spacious environment that encouraged relaxation and peace.

Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of Budapest. The room was as described with everything that we needed. The staff were very helpful especially Peter on the front desk. We loved the breakfast over looking the city. We asked for butter with the sourdough as it didn’t come with it. They initially wanted to charge for this. This could’ve been down to a language barrier as they said we asked for extra bread as well as butter, when actually we just wanted a little butter to go with the bread that came with the frittata. Apart from that moment of confusion we had a perfect stay at this modern, extremely clean hotel.
