One thing to note is that there is a very busy shopping center across the street - which is great for convenience but it also means early morning noise from delivery/garbage trucks etc."

"I was with the California Community College Academic Senate. The food and the servers were exceptional. I have been to many of these types of meetings and this one was by far the best. The worst part was the extremely poor television reception. The video would often flicker and was very annoying and disruptive."
