We had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the breakfast bar. Everything was great from start to finish. We’ll definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

book this location for the complimentary breakfast. It was a quick sleep and leave situation for us. Nice clean hotel. we had minimal interaction with the staff so can't really comment on that. There's a McDonald's right next to the hotel which is a plus if you crave some McD. Irvine Spectrum Shopping is 7 min drive away.

Overall the room was clean. This had a high star rating so I booked it but it is a very basic old hotel with lipstick attempted to be thrown on it. There are maintenance issues but overall it’s fairly clean and quiet. It is close to the freeway and affordable so just passing through it wasn’t terrible. I wouldn’t stay again and there were some nicer looking options across the street I with I would have booked better.

The rooms are very well decorated, and the king bedroom has a couch with a small desk as well as a full desk under the TV. The rooms are laid out nicely, clean, and attractively decorated. Bathrooms are updated and modern.

I’ve stayed at Comfort Inn Irvine twice recently, and both stays were very pleasant. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially want to mention the breakfast crew. They were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always making sure everything was clean, stocked, and ready for guests. Their warm and positive attitude really made breakfast a great start to the day. I appreciated the consistency between both of my stays, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I’m in the Irvine area. Highly recommend!
