"It was a bit cold the night we stayed there and the heat in our room didn’t work. The Hotel has no pool and the walls are paper thin. You can hear people talking plain as day in the room next door and you can hear everything going on in the bathroom next door."

"We’re a family of four who traveled over spring break with two kids, and overall had a great stay. Check-in was smooth and easy. When our flight was canceled due to weather, we really appreciated being able to shift our reservation by a day so we didn’t lose valuable vacation time.The on-site laundry was very convenient, and the condo was well stocked with cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, and other essentials. Having grocery stores nearby made things even easier. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and we especially enjoyed the heated pool. The beach closet—with chairs and sand toys—was a thoughtful touch that our kids loved.Outside of the condo, traveling during this busy week meant planning ahead, especially for restaurant reservations. The weather wasn’t ideal for much of the trip, very windy and chilly, but we did get one beautiful day to fully enjoy the beach and pool. A hot tub would have been a great addition, especially this time of year.Overall, this was a fantastic first trip to Florida for our family, and we would definitely return!"

"The Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you would need while on vacation. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking along with any/all spices, ground coffee, and Kcups.Everything in the condo is neatly organized making things easy to find. As well as plenty of beach towels.The outdoor closet by the pool is fully stocked with everything you would need for the beach including multiple chairs. There’s really nothing extra you need to bring other than your personal clothes.The location is great with a variety of food and coffee spots within walking distance and Publix is a short drive.It was comfortable for our 8 person party and we will definitely visit again."

"Our stay was wonderful. Place was very clean and the location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants and drinking establishments. A CVS walking distance for those last minute things you may forget. Debbie was very accommodating and attentive. I highly recommend staying at her condo on the beautiful beach with a clean pool in the property. The grill was super easy to use, made hot dogs for lunch. What a great experience!"

"I know the place was recently redone, so it was pretty bare. Could have used some pillows for the couch, and extra pillows and bedding for the pull-out sofa. Some decent silverware would be nice. A TV and furniture in the bedrooms would be great. And some decorations or pictures on the walls. But overall was a great place to stay."

"We visited with our extended family for a big birthday trip to the beach and Spring Training baseball. The house and location were perfect for us, and all the amenities made traveling to the beach so much more convenient. It truly is under 200 steps to the beach! Communication with the owners was timely and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again!"
