"Staff was great and very helpful,, we were on floor 12 and elevator was off for 2 day prior our check out, we needed to used another elevator on the 10th floor when we left with the luggage. Kitchen is toooo small. Great location "

"A localização do imóvel é muito boa, fomos bem recebidos e bem atendidos durante nossa estadia. Não gostei da roupa de cama desparcerada, sem passar, toalhas de banho muito encardidas, manchadas ,duras, cobertores velhos e com aparência de sujos. Travesseiros velhos, tive a impressão de que não lavam a roupa de cama entre um hóspede e outro. Televisão da suíte master fica dentro do banheiro. Televisões sem funcionar. Distancia até a Lagoa é grande.
Os banheiros são amplos, difícil acertar tantos...
