8/10 Very good! (1,956 reviews)
Rooms are average, poorly maintained. Night shift front desk personnel unprofessional. Housekeeping in the rooms very poor, I was there for 2 weeks not once the bathroom was cleaned, they changed towels a few times and that was it. The bed was made may 4 of the 13 days I was there, that too just somewhat pulled the covers on- even a 5 year old kid would do better ! Improve the service and this could surely be a good place to stay.
I don’t blame the staff as this comes from the upper management who needs to be more involved which allows the staff to care.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (7 reviews)
We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants.
