« This place was more than I expected. The washer dryer in the unit was very convenient. Parking was a little pricy but necessary if u rent a car. « Apartment is well maintained and comfortable. It is in a great location in the historic area of Coconut Grove. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, marina, parks, and metro rail station. We lived in the grove for many years prior to moving overseas. It wasvery nice spending time in our old stomping grounds and seeing all the new development. « Ana est une personne extrêmement gentille et disponible à toutes heures. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, l'appartement est super et très fonctionnel nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants d’ailleurs ils ont adoré la piscine. L’accès à la plage est pas loin cinq minutes à pied et la plage est magnifique nous reviendrons sans aucun problème. »
